TO YOUR HEALTH


Summer is around the corner and the clothes that one wore last year may be end up tighter than one remembers unless something is done.  Here are some tips:
 
Count the calories. Understand and stay within your daily calorie budget.

Watch your appetite. Don’t let the “snacking” get control of you.

Watch the fatty foods. High fat diets favor overfeeding.

Enjoy without guilt. If you choose to somewhat over eat, don’t feel guilty about it....  Just go do your workout!
